DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can go through the check out process one of two ways. You can either go through the check out using the Guest Check Out or you can create an account. There are many benefits to creating an account such as creating wish list, favorite items, viewing your order history, and applying to get customer type discounts and the use of Purchase Orders. Along with that when you create an account your information will be automatically filled in when you place your next order and you will then have access.

DOES POWERTRONICSINC.COM HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There is not a minimum order amount from our company, because, we feel that a customer should only have to purchase what they need and not be forced to purchase what they don't need.

I HAVE A PART THAT I NEED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE A PART NUMBER. WHAT CAN I DO?

This is not an uncommon problem! Please check out our Tech Center product selection charts or click on the Contact Us link at the top of the page. Once there please fill in all the information you have on the part and we will promptly get back to you with an answer. For immediate assistance call our toll free number.

I HAVE A HEIDENHAIN PART THAT NEEDS REPIAR. CAN YOU HELP?

We can definitely help you out! The first thing we always ask is "Whether or not the glass on the inside is broken or not?". As long as the glass is still intact we can have the encoder sent in for evaluation. To do this please contact us and provide the model number, ID Nr#, and the serial number for your Heidenhain encoder. Also inform us of the types of errors your encoder is giving you. At which point we will direct you with what to do next. For more information please check out the Heidenhain Service page in our Tech Center.

I HAVE AND OLD KLOCKNER MOELLER PKZM1 MANUAL MOTOT PROTECTOR. IS THE NEW STYLES PKZM01 MANUAL MOTOR PROTECTORS THE DIRECT REPLACEMENT?

Both the Klockner Moeller PKZM0 and the Klockner Moeller PKZM01 can replace the old style Klockner Moeller PKZM1 Manual Motor Protectors. We do recommend the PKZM0 over the PKZM01 in most cases, because, the PKZM0 covers the same amp ranges as the old style PKZM1's. Also we get asked a lot if the new style Moeller PKZM01 will work in the Moeller enclosure meant for the PKZM1, and the answer is no it will not. The push buttons on the PKZM01 are a different shape than the ones on the PKZM1's. The main differences between the PKZM0 and the PKZM01 is the PKZM0 has a rotary On/Off and covers amp ranges from 0.1 - 32 Amps, and the PKZM01 has push button On/Off and covers amp ranges from 0.1 - 16 Amps.
