Festoon System Type Information:

Stretch Wire Rope Festoon Systems:  Conductix Stretch Wire Rope Festoon Systems are best suited for light duty applications where intermediate support is not available.  Stretch Wire Festoon Systems are economical and dependable for small to medium size cranes, and moving hoist.  Conductix offers these Stretch Wire Rope Festoons for both Round and Flat cable in lengths from 20' to 100'.

C-Track Festoon Systems:  Conductix C-Track Festoon Systems are available in both Standard Duty and Heavy Duty.  Conductix C-Track Festoon Systems are best for applications where a more ridgid and stable cableing system is needed.  These festoon systems are well suited for larger overhead cranes and trolleys.  Standard Duty C-Track Festoon Systems are capable of handling 40 lbs. per trolley and traverse speeds of up to 250 ft/min.  Heavy Duty C-Track Festoon Systems are capable of handling 80 lbs. per trolley and traverse speeds of up to 500 ft/min.

Square Bar Festoon Systems:  Conductix Square Bar Festoon Systems are available in both Standard Duty and Heavy Duty.  Conductix Square Bar Festoon Systems are used in a lot of the same applications types where Conductix C-Track Festoon Systems are used.  The main difference between C-Track Festoon and Square Bar Festoon is that Square Bar Festoon Systems are capable of handling higher weights loads, and are better for dirty enviroments.  Standard Duty Square Bar Festoon Systems are capable of handling 45 lbs. per trolley and traverse speeds of up to 250 ft/min.  Heavy Duty Square Bar Festoon Systems are capable of handling 150 lbs. per trolley and traverse speeds of up to 250 ft/min.

Medium Duty I-Beam Festoon Systems:  Conductix Medium Duty I-Beam Festoon Systems are available in the following Conductix series numbers, Conductix Series 200 I-Beam Festoon, Conductix Series 225 I-Beam Festoon, Conductix Series 250 I-Beam Festoon, and Conductix Series 350 I-Beam Festoon.  More detailes are below.  Medium Duty I-Beam Festoon Systems are well suited for large indoor or outdoor applications and are available for both Round and Flat cable.  Note:  All Conductix Medium Duty I-Beam Festoon Systems are sold without the I-Beam.

• Series 250 I-Beam Festoon Systems:  Flat or Round Cable, 95 lbs. Per Trolley, Max 225 ft/min Traverse Speed, Works With Most I-Beam Styles
• Series 350 I-Beam Festoon Systems:  Flat or Round Cable, 175 lbs. Per Trolley, Max 350 ft/min Traverse Speed, Works With Most I-Beam Styles
