Conductor Bar System Type Information:

EcoClick Series 832 Conductor Rails:  The Conductix EcoClick Series 832 Conductor Bar Systems are unique to all their other conductor bar systems in that this system is a modular compact design instead of individual conductor rails.  The EcoClick Series 832 Conductor Bar Systems are a great system for High Rack Storage Cranes, Product Picking Machines, and Transfer Cars.  This conductor bar system is also unique in that it only requires a wrench and a screw driver to install and will save you tones of money in the installation!  The EcoClick Conductor Rails are sold in modules, which can support from one to seven conductor rails and will span lengths of up to 120 Meters.

Cluster Bar Conductor Rails:  Conductix Cluster Bar Conductor Bar Systems are designed to fit in very confined spaces with an on-center conductor rail spacing of only 3/4"!  Cluster Bar can come in any number of conductor rails to meet all your power transfer needs.  These conductor rails can be factory bent to meet most curvatures, and come in 40 amp and 120 amp varieties rated for up to 600 volts.

8-Bar Conductor Rails:  Conductix 8-Bar Conductor Rails are one of the first ever insulated power rail systems made for crane and monorail electrification.  8-Bar is available in any number of conductors, and amp ranges 40 Amp, 90 Amp, 110 Amp, 250 Amp, 350 Amp, and 500 Amp.  Conductix 8-Bar can accommodate straight and curved systems.  Max traverse speed for Conductix 8-Bar Conductor Bar is 900 ft/min.

Side Contact Conductor Rails:  Conductix Side Contact Conductor Bar Systems are similar in construction to Conductix 8-Bar, but has the power tack off on the side to accommodate very tight and difficult installations.  Conductix Side Contact Conductor Bar can accommodate very small radii turns, and comes in 40 Amp, 90 Amp, 110 Amp, 250 Amp, and 350 Amp sizes.

Safety Bar Conductor Rails:  Conductix Safety Bar Power Rails are a very cost effective and reliable means of power transmission.  Safety Bars come in three different varieties, C Series, H Series, and T-Series, for amp ranges from 65 Amps to 1,500 Amps.

• C-Series:  Conductix C Series Safety Bar is available in 90 Amp, 110 Amp, 250 Amp, 300 Amp, and 350 Amp sizes.  Conductix C Series utilizes a "C" shaped metal guide way to insure positive contact between the collector and the bar at all times.  Protective covers come in a Standard PVC, Medium heat Lexan, or High heat fiberglass.

• H Series:  Conductix H Series is the highest amp Safety Bar Conductix has available.  H Series Power Rail is available in 500 Amp, 750 Amp, 1000 Amp, and 1500 Amp sizes.

• T Series:  Unique to Conductix/Wampfler.  T Series Power Rail uses a very compact design that is easy to install and comes in a standard 65 Amp Galvanized Steel.  Made specifically for easy clip in installation.

Safe Lec II Conductor Rails:  Conductix Safe Lec II Conductor Bar Systems are made to new industry standards for Crane, Monorail, and Material Handling electrification.  Safe Lec II is easy to install and maintain.  This conductor rail system utilizes a "V" shaped rail, and requires fewer expansion sections than other conductor bar systems.  Conductix Safe Lec II Conductor Bar Systems are rated IP2 for "Finger Safe".  This conductor bar system also features a heated wire setup for outdoor cold and icy weather conditions.

Heavy Bar II Conductor Rails:  This Conductix conductor bar system is best for large process cranes, and material handling equipment used in mills and other heavy industrial applications.  Heavy Bar II systems like the Safe Lec II power rails, also utilize a "V" shaped contact surface, which always provides accurate shoe contact and long wear.  Also these Conductix Heavy Bar II power rail systems also come with the options for a heated wire for outdoor cold and icy weather conditions.
